My ADSL speed is still to low. The KPN should upgrade my package to 6144 Kbit downstream, but they made a mistake and downgraded my ADSL connection to 1536 Kbit. Now I have to contact all sourches to get it right again. KPN is such a stupid organisation, they won’t listen when I call them on their awfull expensive telephonenumber. They really need to take a new course on customer friendly…
But I’m also not getting any futher with Versatel (my ISP), so I came with the briliant idea to let Versatel know I want to upgrade my subsciption to a faster subscription. Perhaps that will wake them up… I hope so… cuz 1536 Kbit is sooooo slow… I’ll keep you posted… !!
