I’ve just got back from the movie ‘Match Point‘. I had to see it because Scarlett plays in it. I must admit that it’s a great movie. I certainly understand that this movie gets an 8 on IMDB. The movie was written en directed by Woody Allen and thats what makes it weird, but also verry good. Woody Allen movies are always a bit weird…
The story goes about a guy called Chris who didn’t want to play tennis on top-level and decided to become a tennis instructor. Verry soon he is introduced to a verry welthy guy called Tom who wants to play tennis again. So he teatches it to him and he falls in love with his sister Chloe. The story goes on and Chloe gets him a job at her fathers company. Tom then still has a relation with Nola (Scarlett Johansson). The relation between Tom and Nola ends and Tom marries another woman. Chris had married Chloe a little while before that happend. Chris gets to meet Nola again and falls in love with her. He now has to choose between his welthy ‘no worries’ life with Chloe or he has to tell her about Nola and start a relation with her…
I’m not telling you what his choice will be. That would spoil the ending of the movie. Just go and watch it…. It’s worth it..!! 🙂
